imProve Client Intake
imProve Client Intake is structured and easy. First the imProve database is searched to see if the client already exists. If not, a new client intake document may be created. Intake can be saved in draft mode if more time is required to gather required information. Once the intake information is complete the client can be accepted into the agency and assigned a case manager. Assigned case managers are automatically notified of their new client.
Clients are uniquely identified by a URN data field. This field is a created from name, SSN and birth date information. A separate encrypted URN field is available for reporting purposes so that client identification will remain confidential.
